Membership
Becoming a member of BWA is very easy. Membership is very rewarding as it opens up a number of services and provides real value. Membership also connects you to a network of support, friendship and resources.
Membership of BWA is available if you:
- receive a disability support pension (Blind)
- hold a special transport pass issued to blind persons in South Australia
- hold a certificate from a legally qualified ophthalmic specialist attesting to your blindness
- been determined as blind within the terms of a statute of the Government of Australia.
There is a $10.00 fee for lifetime membership.
