The Annual General Meeting of the Blind Welfare Association of S.A. Inc. will take place on Saturday 22nd October, 2016 at RSB Knapman House, 230 Pirie Street Adelaide at 11am followed by a light lunch.
As only two nominations for the Board have been received an election will not be required.
Nominations for the Honour Board may be submitted to BWA before 14th October, 2016. Nomination Forms are available at the office or by calling 8367 6088. Criteria for nomination is as follows:
Only full members of the Association are eligible for nomination
All nominations must be made by a full member
All members are eligible to be nominated providing they have demonstrated over 10 years of service to the Association
The form must be seconded by a full member of the Association
The draft audited accounts of the Association will be available to members on request. The Association may be able to assist with transport to and from the AGM subject to numbers and your location.
